Every Valerion piece is hand-embroidered and hand-finished in our atelier. The floral embroidery on a single jacket, the chest layout on a jersey, the back-panel artwork on our denim — each takes hours of skilled work per garment.

Scaling beyond 80 units per design would mean compromising on the people, the time, and the materials. We chose not to. Once a size sells out, it is not restocked.

What you see on the collection page is what is left. We recommend ordering as soon as your size is available.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in inches and centimetres. We recommend measuring your chest, shoulder, sleeve and length for jackets and hoodies, and your waist and hip for denim, then comparing them to the chart before ordering.

If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up — particularly on hoodies and outerwear if you plan to layer over a sweater or thermal.

Every piece begins as carefully sourced fabric, then passes through hand-finishing in our atelier. Depending on the item, you can expect:

• Hoodies & sweatshirts: heavyweight brushed cotton with hand-embroidered or screen-printed detailing
• Jackets: structured woven outer fabrics, hand-finished with full lining and reinforced stitching
• Puffers: matte technical shell with synthetic insulation rated for cold weather
• Denim: mid-weight cotton denim with hand-embroidered back-panel artwork and subtle stretch for comfort
• Jerseys: substantial knit blends with hand-stitched chest detailing — never thin, never cheap polyester

To preserve the hand-embroidered detailing, prints and fabric integrity, we recommend:

• Machine wash at 30°C or below on a gentle cycle, inside out
• Use a mild, colour-safe detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softener on prints
• Air dry flat — avoid tumble drying or extended direct sunlight
• Iron inside out on low heat, never directly over a print or embroidery
• Store hoodies folded to preserve shape; hang jackets and puffers
• Denim: wash sparingly to preserve the wash and texture

We ship worldwide. Our primary markets are the United States and Europe, though we deliver to most international destinations. If your country appears at checkout, shipping to that location is available.

We offer Free Express Shipping on every order, worldwide — no minimum order value required. All available shipping options will be confirmed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: approx. 5–10 business days

• Rest of the world: approx. 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the link provided to monitor your shipment at any time. If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@valerionco.shop.

You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are:

• Unworn, unused, and in perfect condition
• With all tags still attached
• In their original packaging

For deliveries within the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within approximately 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.
